Very tidy and organized. I had coffee and something to eat there. They had all the choices available and very quick with my order. Definitely recommend it.

Starbucks cafe - Nico was absolutely AMAZING for it only being him and a million people to serve. Unfortunately his coworkers were supposed to be there to help at 11(was written on a sticky note on the register to make people aware he was alone). It was 12:22, not okay. Give that man a raise asap.

Great selection for kids and teenagers, and a fun place for kids too. They have a spacious section with plenty of tables and chairs where you can just sit down to read a book or work on your laptop. There's a Starbucks inside, which is very convenient. The selection for adults is good enough if you're just trying to find something new, but you should definitely search ahead of time if you have something specific in mind.

Barista was amazing, greeted me immediately. The other staff on the floor not so much, I was never greeted or acknowledge once despite being near 2 employees and hearing them greet and ask others around me if they needed help. The section I was looking in was not organized in a way I am familiar with and could've used assistance but instead I was ignored so I took my coffee and left. I will order my book on Amazon.

I was struggling to find a book that I was looking for that is generally hard to find at bookstores. I went to the kiosk and consulted Nick, and I was drawn to them because they had such a friendly demeanor and they were extremely knowledgeable about different genres and authors (as seen through their interaction with a customer before me). I told them the book I was looking for and B&N didn’t have it in stock, but Nick helped guide me through the process of ordering it to the store and assured me that I could take a look at the book before deciding to purchase it, which was super helpful because I want to be sure I will get something out of the books I decide to purchase. The book I was looking for was actually one that Nick had recently read, which was awesome because they were able to give me some insights on what the reading experience was like. I loved the individualized and personable approach Nick took with helping me with my visit to B&N, and I will most definitely be stopping in again to see them with any further book questions I have.
